  • Marijuana Tax
  • Liquor Tax

Important Note: Why file online?

  • Save postage and time
  • Reduce errors and incomplete submissions
  • Include multiple jurisdictions (state, RTD/CD, city and county) on one submission
  • Receive confirmation within 24 hours of successful transmission

  3. Complete and attach supporting documentation
  4. Submit your claim
