Colorado Retail Delivery Fee – Rate Increase

Per Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.) §43-4-218, Colorado imposes a retail delivery fee on deliveries by motor vehicle to a location in Colorado with at least one item of tangible personal property subject to state sales or use tax.
The retail delivery fee will increase to $0.29 effective July 1,2024. This change will be effective for the Colorado State Fiscal year 2024-2025.
