The Colorado Department of Revenue still offers online filing through its Revenue Online portal, but their new “SUTS” portal also allows for filing of sales tax returns for the State and state-collected jurisdictions.  It also allows for filing sales tax and use tax returns and for participating Colorado home-rule cities.  If the participating home-rule jurisdictions has a combined sales and sue tax return, use tax ca also be filed through SUTS.

Note: Colorado State Use Tax returns are filed separately using the Revenue Online portal, but without logging in.
